Welcome to Restaurant V 
 - A gastronomic experience

The restaurant is located on the first floor and is open to all.

With focus on local producers and seasonal raw ingredients head chef Nicholas Retpen develops menues that both smell and taste of East Jutland. The beer is from Aarhus, honey from Horsens region, buckthorn comes from Fløjstrup and the smoked salmon from own smokehouse.

Restaurant V is open for a la carte until 10:00 pm.

Children's menu: Our chefs are always willing to accommodate our young guests by creating child-friendly versions of our a la carte menu.
